Experience avant-garde music, art, and culture at the Isole che Parlano International Festival. Celebrating music, art, photography, food and creativity, this festival features artists from the international avant-garde scene.  

What to expect at the Isole che Parlano Festival? 

Masterfully creating an original dialogue between tradition and innovation in music, theatre, and visual arts, this year’s festival begins on August 31st with artists from Eastern Europe, the Iberian Peninsula, and Asia.  

What to expect at the Isole che Parlano International Festival this year? 

The line-up of events is as incredible as every year, including the best of music, photography, workshops, food and wine:  

  • Isole che Parlano di Musica: Redefining music boundaries, this year's festival, from August 31st to September 8th, will feature cutting-edge international avant-garde artists. The lineup includes concerts and performances in Luogosanto, Arzachena, Palau, and La Maddalena
  • Isole che Parlano di Fotografia: This year's photo exhibition in Palau will feature a special collection titled Sguardo di Frontiera, dedicated to honouring the work of esteemed photojournalist Ivo Saglietti. 
  • Isole che Parlano ai Bambini: From September 2nd to 4th, the festival will feature a special children's program, curated by Alessandra Angeli, with workshops and activities led by Maurizio Mantani, Danilo Mineo, and Andrea Marinelli. The program includes interactive workshops, shows, and screenings designed for a young audience. 
  • Isole che Parlano di Sapori: Throughout the festival, attendees can indulge in a tasting journey of Sardinia's finest food and wine, highlighting the region's rich culinary traditions.

About the area
